Q. What types of Jalapeno peppers do you process?
A. We manufacture a variety of Jalapenos in various heat (Scoville) levels, including a no-heat Jalapeno.
Q. Do you offer hot and mild Green Chile?
A. We primarily process mild Green Chile, however, with adequate lead time and volume, we can manufacture hotter varieties.
Q. Do you fire-roast your Green Chile?
A. Yes, we offer both fire-roasted and non-roasted Green Chile, depending on customer preference.
Q. What is the best time to contract Green Chile or Jalapenos?
A. The ideal time to confirm contract volumes is October - January. This allows Santa Fe Ingredients adequate time to contract with our growers for early Spring planting, and ensures that ample crop volumes are packed and all annual contract volumes are met during the August - October pack.
Q. What sauces do you manufacture?
A. We contract manufacture our Sauces according to customer specifications. We produce a variety of Enchilada Sauces and Salsas.
Q. Do you offer dehydrated products?
A. We currently manufacture dehydrated Red Chile.
