Santa Fe Ingredients is located in beautiful Southwest New Mexico. Our mild, warm climate and rich soil provides an excellent environment for the best Green Chile and Jalapenos anywhere. Our plant, located in Cotton City, produces the finest quality Green Chile, Red Chile and Jalapeno products around!
We are a custom manufacturer and we believe in producing top quality products for our customers. We have been a leading pepper ingredient supplier to some of the top food companies in the industry for over 10 years at our New Mexico facility.
We process our peppers in steel and plastic drums, along with a 5 gallon Bag in Box size for our ingredient customers. We offer our foodservice and retail clients a variety of can pack sizes, as well as a plastic jug pack.
